Trump International nears sellout

More than 1,200 of the 1,282 condominiums that will comprise Trump International Hotel and Tower Las Vegas are under contract, according to Jack Christie, sales and marketing executive. All that remain are 17 studio units and a few of the other floor plans.

"This is an exciting time and certainly confirms the Trump name as synonymous with luxury living and quality," he said. "Even as analysts point to a slowing real estate market in the Las Vegas Valley, the property continues to beat expectations."

In addition to studio units, the project comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouse suites. One to 3 1/2 baths are offered.

Prices start from the $700,000s to $7 million.

Interiors showcase upscale flooring and appliances, expansive windows, flat-screen plasma TVs, wireless Internet, in-suite movies and owner closets. Marble-topped vanities feature silver and gold hardware.

On-site conveniences will include 24-hour concierge and security services; a spa, fitness center and salon; a heated pool with a sundeck and bar; a business center with meeting facilities; doorman and valet services; and dining options.

Buyers may live in their unit full time or part time, or rent it out themselves, through Trump hotel operations, or through an outside company.

An information center is located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South at Fashion Show Drive.
