Pulte marks debut of Diamond Creek

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

The model homes have officially opened at Diamond Creek, Pulte Homes' newest neighborhood in the northwestern valley. Prior to the grand opening, however, the neighborhood had already been well-received by buyers, according to Joe Whatley, sales and marketing executive for the builder.

"Home buyers who visit Diamond Creek really love the location that is situated in the northwest valley, as well as the larger home sites we offer at this community," he said. "Diamond Creek also features picturesque views of the nearby mountain range."

All homes feature the Environment for Living Platinum Series Guarantee for lower heating and cooling costs. Energy-efficient features include blown-in cellulose insulation and advanced low-E windows. A structured wiring package is also included.

Buyers can choose from five floor plans, three of which are single-story designs. They are: a 1,418-square-foot home and a 1,653-square-foot plan with three bedrooms and two baths or two bedrooms and a den; and a 1,695-square-foot design with four bedrooms and two baths or three bedrooms with an expanded owner suite or expanded bonus room.

The two-story plans offer 2,172 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths or three bedrooms with loft option; and 2,284 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths or four bedrooms with an expanded family room and 2 1/2 baths.

Homes are priced from $151,990.

Interiors include category 5e rated phone and television wiring for high speed data, front-yard landscaping, covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan), stucco eaves, and prewiring for garage door opener and security system.

To tour the model homes, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and exit east. Proceed to Jones Boulevard, head north to Elkhorn Road and turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

While visiting, guests can register for the Pulte Dream Home Sweepstakes in which one grand prize winner will have the opportunity to select a home of their choice ($250,000 toward a home) from any of the builder's more than 400 neighborhoods nationwide. The winner will be announced in late September.

Pulte is also developing the Mill Creek at Lynbrook neighborhood in the northwestern valley.
