Amenities abound in Seven Hills

Residents of the Seven Hills community in Henderson have vast opportunities for outdoor recreation and leisure activities during the summer months, according to community developer Silver Canyon Partnership.

Tree-lined walking trails, shaded rest areas, fountains, covered picnic areas, pavilions and a host of other amenities are featured throughout the community, which has dedicated about one-third of its acreage to open space.

The community is also home to four city parks and several neighborhood parks. The city parks are designed to complement the natural desert terrain and variously feature such amenities as basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs courts, and playgrounds.

Most of the neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin community parks and walkways, which are positioned to take advantage of city, golf course and mountain views.

Plans for the 1,300-acre community, which is located in the foothills of Black Mountain, include more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. Houses are priced from the low $200,000s, and custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

The community's sales and information pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about 1 mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
