Palm Hills offers a range of one-story homes in a Henderson guard-gated community.

There is also a single-story home in the Platinum Collection. Plan 2055 measures 2,055 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and an island kitchen. It also features a two-car garage and is priced from the high $210,000s.

The Gold Collection features one two-story home, the two-story Plan 2640 measuring 2,640 square feet. It features four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and an island kitchen. It can be expanded into a six-bedroom home. It is priced in the low $220,000s.

The Platinum Collection offers two two-story homes. Plan 3139 has four bedrooms, a loft, 3 1/2 baths, an island kitchen and three-car garage. It is priced from the mid-$260,000s and offers a second master bedroom option. Plan 4005 offers five bedrooms, a master bedroom retreat, loft, three baths, an island kitchen and a three-car garage. It is priced in the low $290,000s.

The neighborhood features six floor plans, ranging from 1,530 to 4,000 square feet and priced from the low $180,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, head west and turn south on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
