Cheyenne releases premium home sites

Pardee Homes' has released a new phase of homes at its Cheyenne neighborhood in the Shadow Mountain Ranch community in the southwestern valley, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"This is the first time we have been able to offer the popular Cheyenne homes on oversized home sites," Tuvell said. "It is a great opportunity for families who need room to grow inside and outside."

In addition, two Plan Two single-story homes are available for move-in. Both offer four bedrooms in 1,718 square feet. The available homes both feature a central kitchen, a master suite with walk-in closet, two baths and a laundry room.

There are four one- and two-story floor plans at the neighborhood, each with an island kitchen.

Plan One, a single-story home, comes with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,383 square feet.

Measuring 1,569 or 1,718 square feet, Plan Two includes three or four bedrooms, a den option, two baths and a two-car garage.

The two-story Plan Three includes four bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room in three elevations in 2,046 to 2,442 square feet.

Plan Four includes three or four bedrooms, a den, bonus room, and two to three baths in 2,422 square feet.

"Pardee designed Cheyenne for busy families with the convenience of second floor laundry rooms and linen closets. The kitchens have large preparation islands or breakfast bars that can also serve as the hub of the home," Tuvell said.

Prices start from $157,450 to $199,450.

Standard features include oak stair handrails with white pickets, and laminate kitchen counter tops with backsplashes, recessed-panel oak cabinetry with concealed hinges, pantries and appliances in black or white.

Homes at Cheyenne and Pardee's Montana neighborhood are built to exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent, earning the Energy Star designation from the Environmental Protection Agency.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue west, past Durango Drive, to Grand Canyon Drive and turn left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
