Saddle Peak homes available for fall

Pardee Homes has single-story homes with upgrades available for September at its gated Saddle Peak neighborhood in the Nevada Trails community, according to Ray Landry, an executive with the home-building company.

"Three large, sophisticated homes with decorator options already built in will be ready for three lucky families this fall," Landry said.

At 2,823 square feet, each of the homes include three bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and a three-bay garage. Two of the homes feature turret entries.

Upgrades include stainless steel appliances including a double oven; microwave; dishwasher; granite counter tops; extended-height kitchen cabinets; and French doors in the master bedroom, nook and family room.

The September availability homes are priced from $300,525.

Three single-story floor plans at the neighborhood range from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet. Each features a courtyard entry and island kitchen.

Plan One includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and two-bay garage plus a side-loading garage. An optional den, bath and sunroom are also available.

Plan Two includes three bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths and a three-bay garage. A wet bar and a fireplace in the front courtyard are optional.

Plan Three includes four bedrooms, a den or fifth bedroom, three baths, a two-bay garage and side-loading garage. The home is available with an optional studio, exercise room or secondary suite.

Prices at the neighborhood start from $253,700 to $273,200.

Pardee Homes has committed to making all of its new homes comply with the Energy Star Program that exceed energy efficiency standards by at least 30 percent, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.

"These energy-efficient homes are cooler in the summer, warmer in winter and quieter by design," Landry said.

Nevada Trails offers three neighborhoods with a combined 11 models. Plans for the community call for 13 acres of parks and 10 acres of trails, according to Landry.

The Silver Tree neighborhood offers four floor plans that range from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet. Priced from $208,450 to $264,450, the homes include as many as seven bedrooms, four baths, and two- or three-bay garages.

Manzanita features four floor plans measuring from 1,414 to 2,566 square feet. Homes come with as many as five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- or three-bay garages. Prices start from $170,450 to $212,450.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The sales complex is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.

Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
