Vistana provides resort-style living

Vistana, a condominium complex in the Rhodes Ranch community, offers a gated, resort-style environment at a reasonable price, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"Vistana has all of the great things about Rhodes Ranch," Simmons said.

The development is in its final phase.

"We have four new buildings that will be ready for occupancy very soon," Simmons said.

Amenities include a swimming pool, two-story fitness center and spa. A second pool just opened and a third is planned.

Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath in 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom and two-bath homes range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath Venice floor plan measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices start from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

Each home features an appliance package and window coverings.

To visit, take Interstate 215 west to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
