Toll Bros. to open Toscana

Toll Bros. officials have announced that its newest neighborhood, Toscana, is scheduled to open for presales later this month.

Located in the northwestern valley, the neighborhood will include 120 home sites measuring one-half acre. Four one- and two-story floor plans will be offered -- the Milano, Portofino, Sorrento and Villa D'Este. The homes will measure from 3,337 to 4,641 square feet and start from the mid-$300,000s.

Homes will include side-entry three- or four-car garages, in addition to master suites with 6-foot spa tubs. They will feature Mediterranean-style architecture and options for attached and detached casitas.

Other plans for the gated neighborhood, which will be built at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way, include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground.

Toll Bros., which is celebrating its 35th anniversary, has active developments in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
