Talavera home set for September move-in

A large home is available for September move-in at Pardee Homes' Talavera neighborhood in the Eldorado Highlands community, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

A two-story Plan 4C with four bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage will be completed in late summer, according to Tuvell. The home measures 2,296 square feet.

"It is the perfect family home in the perfect family oriented community," Tuvell said. "That's why Talavera was picked as one of the best places to live in a recent survey of new homes."

Four floor plans range from 1,383 to 2,296 square feet. The one- and two-story designs come with three to five bedrooms, family rooms, formal living rooms, and island kitchens in most plans.

Each home is built to Energy Star standards, ensuring it is 30 percent more energy efficient than a standard home, saving on heating and cooling costs.

Plan One is a single-story, three-bedroom home with two baths and a two-bay garage.

Plan Two is also a single-story home with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-bay garage. A fourth bedroom or den is optional.

The two-story Plan Three includes four bedrooms, three baths, and a two-bay garage. A bonus room and three-car garage are options.

The Plan Four features as many as five bedrooms and three baths, a den or loft, and a three-bay garage.

Prices start from $138,450 to $177,950.

The Eldorado community includes an elementary school, two city parks and a fire station.

Talavera models are featured in the Eldorado Highlands model park on an elevated location within Eldorado across from the 22-acre Seastrand Park. The model park also features eight additional models for the Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino Al Norte then head north to the sales complex. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
