New phase set for release soon at Pardee Homes' Manzanita
Pardee Homes will release a new phase of homes next weekend at its Manzanita neighborhood in the Nevada Trails community, located in the southwestern valley. "With the landscaped entry and more than 20 acres of planned parks and trails, Nevada Trails represents Southern Nevada living at its best in southwest Las Vegas," executive Ray Landry said. Four plans featuring Mediterranean-style architecture are offered at the neighborhood. Plan One is a single-story home with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. It measures 1,429 square feet and is priced from $201,450. Measuring 1,519 square feet, the single-story Plan Two offers three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, master retreat or dining room, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced from $201,450. Plan Three is a two-story home measuring 1,957 square feet and priced from $213,450. It features as many as four bedrooms and three baths, as well as a great room and island kitchen. As many as five bedrooms and three baths are available in the two-story Plan Four design. Measuring 2,417 or 2,566 square feet, the home is priced from $236,450 and $240,450 and offers a three-car garage. In addition, the community features the Saddle Peak and Silver Tree neighborhoods. The gated Saddle Peak neighborhood offers single-story homes priced from $285,700. Three floor plans measure from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet, featuring as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages. Amenities include courtyard entries and island kitchens, while sunrooms, secondary suites and office packages are available as options. Silver Tree offers four designs ranging from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet. Priced from $237,950, the homes have as many as seven bedrooms and four baths. They feature formal living and dining rooms, family or great rooms, and two- and three-car garages. Options include a super bonus room, secondary master suite and workshop. All homes in the community have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label and exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent. A 10-acre park is under construction at the community. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The sales center and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
