Seven Hills in final phase of sales

In its final close-out phase, only a few new production homes remain available in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Prospective home buyers are encouraged to visit the sales and information pavilion, located within the community on Seven Hills Drive, about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The Silver Canyon Partnership development is located within the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes.

A variety of custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most are located in guard-gated neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course and offer views of the city and mountains. They measure up to an acre and are priced from the $260,000s to more than $1 million.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space and most neighborhoods adjoin parks and walkways.

Four city parks, designed to complement the desert terrain, feature amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.
