Custom-home sites remain available in Seven Hills

A selection of custom-home sites priced from the $260,000s remain available during the grand finale phase at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Executive Beth Naef said sales activity is accelerating as buyers discover the Silver Canyon Partnership development's scenic and elevated location, along with its custom-home sites.

Sites are priced from the $260,000s to $1 million and most are located in guard-gated neighborhoods.

To date, more than 200 sites have been sold and more than 150 homes are completed, under construction or in the architectural review process.

Amenities include landscaped open spaces, a private view park, a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

In addition, there are several neighborhood parks and four city parks, variously offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts and playgrounds.
