PROMOTING ENERGY CONSERVATION: Bright ideas Elementary school pupils recently got a lesson in energy conservation, courtesy of Nevada Energy Star Partners, a coalition of businesses working to promote energy conservation in Southern Nevada. The coalition sponsored an art contest that encouraged kids to draw pictures depicting different ways to save energy.
