Christopher Collection releases third phase
Christopher Homes recently released its third phase at The Christopher Collection in the southwestern valley. Located within the Southern Highlands Golf Club, the neighborhood offers 15 designs, ranging from about 3,000 to more than 6,200 square feet and priced from the mid-$400,000s to more than $1 million. About 75 percent of the home sites, which average about one-quarter acre, are located along the golf course. Five single-story plans; two two-story residences with first-floor owner suites; and eight two-story plans with second-floor owner suites are offered. Four elevations and 12 color palettes are available per plan, and each includes a stainless steel appliance package; oak, maple or cherry cabinetry; and granite counter tops. According to sales agent Terri Pickering, nearly 40 of the neighborhood's 98 homes have been sold. "We are very excited about our newest release in phase three, which comprises 12 spectacular home sites. This release is very special, as it includes some of our most dramatic golf course home sites. Several have gorgeous views of the golf course lake and waterfalls, while others offer panoramic triple fairway views," Pickering said. "Just about all of the home sites have views of the nearby mountains, and we also have two huge interior lots that measure 15,000 and 17,000 square feet. These interior home sites are on cul-de-sac streets and will easily provide room for the largest of homes, while still having lots of space for a big back yard." A Cambria home is available for immediate occupancy. "We currently have a highly-upgraded Cambria design that can be ready for move-in within 30 days and offers lower Phase I pricing. This beautiful home is located on a prime golf course home site ... Among the many built-in amenities in this home are upgraded stone flooring throughout, four interior fireplaces, ... maple cabinetry, custom interior paint, French doors from the living room to the fireside courtyard and much more," she said. The two-story Cambria design has four bedrooms including a first-floor owner suite, 3 1/2 baths and 3,603 square feet. It includes a gated motorcourt, courtyard with a fireplace, complete landscaping, a covered patio, and paver-stone driveway. Pickering said the home is priced at $859,790, reflecting about $40,000 in savings. The builder's design center can assist buyers with floor plan variations, options and upgrades. The builder is including a $25,000 allowance for design options in the base price of each home, such as elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, detached guest quarters, major room additions, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars, and wet bars. The builder provides each buyer with a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. Amenities include roving security, concierge, parks, open spaces and recreational facilities. Consisting of semicustom and custom homes, the enclave is located on the southern edge of the 2,300-acre community of Southern Highlands. To visit, take Interstate 15 south to the Lake Mead Drive exit and go west, following the signs to the guarded entrance. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
