Pulte offers three neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain

Pulte Homes offers three neighborhoods within Stallion Mountain, a golf course community in the southeastern valley. Homes are priced from the $130,000s.

"Stallion Mountain residents receive the full benefits of living within a guard-gated ... community, in addition to being surrounded by panoramic views of the rolling Stallion Mountain golf course and mountains, all at reasonable pricing to the home buyer," builder executive Joe Whatley said.

The Links homes are priced from $132,990 and range from 1,190 to 1,619. Front-yard landscaping maintenance is included. A private recreation center houses a workout facility, a pool and spa.

Homes at The Fairways offer three to four bedrooms, two-car garages, recreation and hobby room options, front-yard landscaping, and a covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan). The floor plans measure from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and are priced from $166,990.

At The Greens neighborhood, homes range from 2,476 to 2,881 and start at $229,990. Features include circular dining areas, casitas, great rooms, low dividing walls in living areas, covered patios, and a covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan). Three-car garages are available.

Interiors provide vaulted ceilings (per plan), ceramic-tile flooring at entry, textured ceilings and walls, and multiple energy-efficient features.

"(All homes) feature the Engineered for Life energy-efficiency package, which not only provides our home buyers with lower heating and cooling bills, but gives buyers the ability to protect the environment and save money at the same time," Whatley said.

Pulte backs its homes with a 10-year transferable warranty.

To visit the community, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east past Boulder Highway then turn left and follow the signs. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Through Aug. 19, visitors at any of the builder's neighborhoods can register for the Dream Home Sweepstakes, in which one grand prize winner will have the opportunity to select the home of their choice ($250,000 toward a home) from any of Pulte's more than 400 neighborhoods nationwide. The grand prize winner will be announced in late September.
