Carina opens sales office at Summer Gate

Summer Gate by Carina Corp. opens its doors this weekend in the southeastern valley with a new staff and sales office.

One- and two-story homes are available, ranging from 1,780 to 2,770 square feet. Homes are priced from $152,990 to $199,990.

Immediate occupancy is available.

"We have four fabulous models open in an intimate gated neighborhood of 83 home sites," sales manager Lisa Sloan said. "Summer Gate has an extensive list of features including covered front porches, generous walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and large laundry rooms."

The two-story Gardenia model measures 2,770 square feet with four bedrooms, a den, loft, three-car garage, and an option for as many as two additional bedrooms.

With 1,993 square feet, the single-story Daisy model offers three bedrooms, a den, three-car garage and casita.

The Tulip is a 1,780-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms, an optional loft in lieu of the third bedroom, an owner suite and two-car garage.

Measuring 2,504 square feet, the two-story Marigold features three bedrooms, a den, loft and three-car garage.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Warm Springs Road, travel west to Paradise Road and go south. Proceed to Robindale Road, then turn left.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Carina Corp. is also developing the Lamplight Estates and Lamplight Village neighborhoods in the northwestern valley, and Lamplight Square in Silverado Ranch.
