Presales start at Monument in northern valley
Presales are under way at Stanpark Homes' Monument at Lone Mountain community in the northwestern valley. Buyers can review the floor plans for two series of homes -- The Summit and Crescendo. The models are scheduled to open in August. Homes in The Summit series measure from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s. Crescendo series floor plans range from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet and start from the $170,000s. A total of eight single- and two-story floor plans are available. Company representative Michael Cox believes the community's location is impressive. "This is such a beautiful location that is simply breathtaking because it offers views of the surrounding mountain range and the city lights," Cox said. "The location, coupled with the community's value, range of product and nearby five-acre park, is sure to impress all that visit." The community's 5-acre park is scheduled to open this fall with open areas, walking trails, barbecues, benches and a gazebo. The temporary sales office can be reached by taking U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, heading west to the end of the road and going north, following the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Homes are also available at Tempo, a gated neighborhood Stanpark is developing in the northern valley. Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,246 to 2,165 square feet and priced from the low $100,000s. To visit, take Cheyenne Avenue to Revere Street, which is east of Martin Luther King Boulevard. Single- and two-story homes are also available at Teton, a neighborhood in Henderson. Four floor plans are available, measuring from 1,802 to 3,115 square feet priced from the $170,000s. Three-car garages are standard.
