Models open at Diamond Creek

Diamond Creek, a Pulte Homes neighborhood in the northwestern valley, celebrates its grand opening today.

"We opened our beautiful new models ... and are inviting home buyers to visit this weekend to view the unique architectural features, ... home sites and floor plans that fit the various lifestyles of today's active families," sales and marketing executive Joe Whatley said.

There are five floor plans available, ranging from 1,418 to 2,284 square feet. These single- and two-story homes are priced from $151,990.

All homes feature the Engineered for Life Platinum Series Guarantee for lower heating and cooling costs. Energy-efficient features include Cocoon insulation and advanced low E windows. A structured wiring package is also included.

Three of the plans are single-story designs. They are: a 1,418-square-foot home and a 1,653-square-foot plan with three bedrooms and two baths or two bedrooms with a den option; and a 1,695-square-foot home with four bedrooms and two baths or three bedrooms with an expanded owner suite or expanded bonus room option.

The two-story designs offer 2,172 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths or three bedrooms with loft option; and 2,284 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths or four bedrooms with an expanded family room option and 2 1/2 baths.

All kitchens include a microwave oven and a pantry. Each owner suite features a separate shower and tub.

Other highlights include Category 5e wiring for high speed data, front-yard landscaping, a covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan), stucco eaves, and prewiring for garage door opener and security system.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and exit east. Proceed to Jones Boulevard, head north to Elkhorn Road then turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Pulte is also developing Mill Creek, a neighborhood within the Lynbrook community in the northwest area. Five single- and two-story floor plans range from 2,300 to 3,589 square feet with four to seven bedrooms. Prices for start at $197,990.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, then go north about four miles to Farm Road and follow the signs.
