PSA Constructors announces promotion

-- PSA Constructors, a construction management and program management firm, promoted Sarra Idehen to vice president of corporate operations. Idehen, formerly director of operations at PSA's corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fla., is responsible for overseeing operations, software systems and human resources at the company's six offices nationwide, including Las Vegas.

-- The Howard Hughes Corp. hired Restrepo Consulting Group to formulate market studies analyzing the development potential of private land use within select villages in its Summerlin master-planned community.

-- Lee and Associates' Shawn Barashy represented Ricardo Villanueva Living Trust in its purchase of 25,000 square feet at 1110 E. Lake Mead Drive from Poole TA for $900,000. In another transaction, Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented both parties in Las Vegas Industrial Park's 117-month lease of 13,792 square feet at 6825 Speedway Blvd., B-105, to Speedway Truck and Paint for $786,772. Chuck Witters represented I.D.T. Investments in its three-year lease of 1,803 square feet at 400 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson from Eastgate One, represented by Mark Bouchard of Thomas and Mack Development Co., for $134,418. Jim Culwell and Judi A. Woodyard-Suntic represented Valley View Office Partners in its 64-month lease of 3,004 square feet at 1210 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 120, to Harmony Home Health Services, also represented by Culwell, for $282,345.

-- Bill Hammons and Associates' Alberto Jauregui represented Cow Palace in its sale of 6,791 square feet at 4885 E. Lake Mead Blvd. to the Clark County School District for $900,000.

-- Marcus and Millichap's Tom Hedgecock and Christopher LoBello represented both parties in Modaber Jacobs' sale of the 32,000-square-foot Partell Medical Center at 2870 S. Maryland Parkway to Jeff White Family Trust for $6.9 million. In another transaction, Chris Cunning represented both parties in Topaz Plaza's sale of the 18,650-square-foot Trop Topaz Plaza at 2615 E. Tropicana Ave. to Gull Las Vegas for $2.6 million. Chad Laposky represented both parties in Charles Seiter's sale of the 11,002-square-foot Shangri La Apartments at 2670 Van Patten St. to Union Properties for $522,500. John Leonard, Christopher Bentley, Gary Grant and Gordon Reese represented both parties in MB Hamptons' sale of the 425,000-square-foot The Hamptons Apartments to Granite Investment Group for $23.4 million. John Leonard and Peter Katz represented both parties in F.M. Corrigan and Nancy L. Corrigan Trustees' sale of the 89,878-square-foot Clarkdale Arms Apartments at 2417 Wengert Ave. to Clarkdale Apartments for $3.3 million.

-- E.J. Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty represented Gate Gourmet in its three-year lease of 4,800 square feet at 6295 S. Pearl St., Suite 500, from Arrowhead Commerce Center for $106,384. In another transaction, Sweetland represented Shustek Investments in its sale of 6,500 square feet at 3816 Civic Center Drive to Custom Stone, represented by Tony Ricco of Diversified Realty, for $365,000. Sweetland also represented Pro-Pak in its sale of 7,100 square feet at 3430 Precision Drive to Howard and Rebecca Chatt for $500,000.
