PSA Constructors announces promotion
-- PSA Constructors, a construction management and program management firm, promoted Sarra Idehen to vice president of corporate operations. Idehen, formerly director of operations at PSA's corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fla., is responsible for overseeing operations, software systems and human resources at the company's six offices nationwide, including Las Vegas. -- The Howard Hughes Corp. hired Restrepo Consulting Group to formulate market studies analyzing the development potential of private land use within select villages in its Summerlin master-planned community. -- Lee and Associates' Shawn Barashy represented Ricardo Villanueva Living Trust in its purchase of 25,000 square feet at 1110 E. Lake Mead Drive from Poole TA for $900,000. In another transaction, Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented both parties in Las Vegas Industrial Park's 117-month lease of 13,792 square feet at 6825 Speedway Blvd., B-105, to Speedway Truck and Paint for $786,772. Chuck Witters represented I.D.T. Investments in its three-year lease of 1,803 square feet at 400 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson from Eastgate One, represented by Mark Bouchard of Thomas and Mack Development Co., for $134,418. Jim Culwell and Judi A. Woodyard-Suntic represented Valley View Office Partners in its 64-month lease of 3,004 square feet at 1210 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 120, to Harmony Home Health Services, also represented by Culwell, for $282,345. -- Bill Hammons and Associates' Alberto Jauregui represented Cow Palace in its sale of 6,791 square feet at 4885 E.
