Lennar's Summer Advantage program is in full swing at Canyon Springs, a neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Through the program, buyers can save as much as $10,000, according to Vicki Zoot, marketing director for the builder.
"We offer a variety of bonus options, low interest rate financing and other great buyer incentives with our program," she said.

Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,660 to 3,117 square feet. All of the homes feature three-car garages.
The single-story plans are the 1,660-square-foot Malibu with three bedrooms; the La Jolla, a 1,870-square-foot home with four bedrooms; and the Laguna, which measures 2,210 square feet with four bedrooms. Each plan features two baths.
The remaining designs are two story.
Santa Clara measures 2,743 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, while the 3,117-square-foot Beverly Hills plan offers five bedrooms and three baths.
"At Canyon Springs, buyers will find pool-sized home sites with big yards and plenty of room for a patio, pool, play area and more," Zoot said.
Standard features include granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, ceramic-tile entries, cultured-marble vanities, upgraded appliances, two-tone exterior paint selections and covered front porches.
Prices start from the $300,000s.
All of the homes qualify for the Energy Star label.
To reach the neighborhood, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to North Fifth Street, then go south to Alexander Road.
Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they are open from noon to 4 p.m.
