Rhodes Homes encourages home buyers looking for a home with included extra features to take a look at The Villas.

Another model is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with 2,024 square feet. It features a great room, dining room, access to the garage through the kitchen, and upstairs master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Its two front-facing bedrooms can be configured into a second master bedroom or bonus room. The home is priced from the mid-$170,000s.

Priced from the high $180,000s is a 2,400-square-foot plan with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living and family rooms, formal dining room, and upstairs laundry area. Its fourth bedroom can be converted into a master bedroom retreat, and its two front-facing bedrooms can be built as a bonus room.

Planned amenities at the 220-home neighborhood include a swimming pool, spa, picnic/barbecue area and playground.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to West Sunset Road and go west, following the signs. The model homes and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
