Five floor plans are featured at Heritage Glen, a Toll Bros. neighborhood in Summerlin priced from the low $400,000s. The Abbotsford, a single-story design with 3,360 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a study, great room with media niche and fireplace, dining room with bay window, and two covered patios. With 3,783 square feet, the two-story Beningbrough design features a foyer, study, family room with an entertainment niche and fireplace, and living and dining rooms. The home also features a master suite with a loft and a bath with dual vanities, shower and dressing area. Another suite and two additional bedrooms, including one with a balcony, are featured. The Chatsworth design is a 4,359-square-foot home with a dual staircase, formal dining room with a bay window, living and family rooms, wet bar, study, first-floor bedroom with bath, and covered porch. Its second level features a bonus room; two bedrooms with private baths; and master suite with a media niche, bay window, dual walk-in closets and dual-entry shower. Not modeled at the neighborhood are the two-story Woodbridge and Stanford designs. The 3,800-square-foot, two-story Woodbridge is centered around a courtyard and features a circular foyer that leads to a den and formal living room. A formal dining room, family room with fireplace and entertainment niche, and a bedroom with a private bath complete the first floor. Upstairs, the home has a laundry room; two bedrooms that share a bath; and master suite with a retreat, bay window and bath. Measuring 4,518 square feet, the Stanford is highlighted by a two-story foyer that leads to a library with a bay window or to a formal living room with a fireplace. It also includes a formal dining room, family room with a built-in entertainment niche and fireplace, and first-floor bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath. The second floor features a loft, and three bedrooms -- including one with a balcony, and a master suite with a media niche, walk-in closet, dual vanities and separate sit-down vanity. Each home includes spa tubs in master baths and a three-car garage. The island kitchens feature granite counter tops with cast-iron sinks, appliances, pantries, double wall ovens and breakfast areas. Residents have access to the recreational amenities of the Willow Creek village, which include walking trails, half-court basketball surface, tennis courts with a pavilion, a play area, and park with gazebo. Other amenities within Summerlin are golf courses, more parks and tennis courts, swimming pools, soccer and ball fields, and additional trails. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, proceed south past Sahara Avenue to Havenwood Lane, turn right, and then go right at Golden Willow Lane. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Toll Bros., which is celebrating its 35th anniversary in home building, has more than 170 active developments in 22 states.
