Two-bedroom condos popular at Vistana

The two-story homes at the Vistana at Rhodes Ranch condominium complex have impressed many buyers, according to sales agent Maxine Astengo.

"The Madrid, Florence, Naples and Monaco homes are some of the most popular models we offer at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch," Astengo said.

The two-bedroom, two-bath homes range from the 847-square-foot Madrid model to the new 1,263-square-foot Cannes, a split-level design with the entry on the first floor and the living area upstairs.

"The two-bedroom homes are still ... priced around $100,000," Astengo said.

Community amenities include two pools, a spa, fitness center and landscaping. A third pool is planned.

Each home includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Also available are three floor plans with one bedroom and one bath in 670 to 796 square feet; and a three-bedroom, two-bath plan measuring 1,413 square feet.

Homes are priced from the mid-$70,000 to the $130,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, head south toward Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
