Seven Hills community nears close-out phase in Henderson
The opportunity to purchase a new home in the Seven Hills community is coming to an end with only a few homes remaining among the last active neighborhoods, according to Dan Naef, an executive with the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership. "We are encouraging prospective home buyers to begin their search at the community sales and information pavilion, as there are very few homes still available," Naef said. "The information specialists can advise visitors as to where the available homes are located and where more detailed information can be obtained." The information pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods including an estimated 300 custom homes. Seven Hills currently has an excellent selection of estate-home sites available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the custom-home sites are located in guard-gated neighborhoods that overlook the fairways of a golf course. Lots as large as an acre are available, and are some with city and mountain views. Prices start from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Most neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin community parks and walkways. Four city parks variously feature amenities such as basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. Parks complement the surrounding terrain.
