COLUMN: ACHIEVERS
-- Pulte Homes promoted Brinton Cook to sales manager. Cook is responsible for managing and training sales representatives, and overseeing the start-up processes of new communities. Previously, Cook served as a new-home sales consultant for the company and was ranked top salesperson in 2002. -- The Restrepo Consulting Group appointed Eva Zupkova to be an appraisal analyst. Zupkova has more than 10 years of experience in the gaming industry. -- Astoria Homes promoted Jason Wolanzyk to director of finance. He is in charge of obtaining financing and loans for the builder's operations, which include the purchase of land, developing the land and constructing homes. Wolanzyk previously held the position of finance manager. -- The Thomas & Mack Development Group appointed Rick Myers to be senior vice president and development partner, where he will oversee the development and marketing of nearly 3 million square feet of commercial space. Previously, Myers served as vice president, real estate leasing and sales, for Marnell Properties. Before that, he spent seven years at The Howard Hughes Corp. Myers is president-elect of the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. -- Coldwell Banker Commercial's Larry Singer was named "No. 1 sales agent" in Nevada for 2002 at the company's Global Conference. -- Las Vegas Handyman appointed Richard Geoffrion to be a field craftsman.
