-- Plise Cos. named Kari Turnbow as leasing manager. Turnbow manages all marketing and leasing aspects of the company's office/retail portfolio. Previously, she served in the leasing/sales division of Voit Commercial Brokerage, and before that for The Howard Hughes Corp. -- Centra Properties appointed Dante Mena as project manager. Mena manages and handles the budget for construction projects, creating development pro formas and overseeing all areas of property management and project estimating. Previously, he served as project manager for both TWC Construction and Panattoni Construction. -- Martin-Harris Construction appointed David Hays as superintendent. The company also appointed Steve Shelton as a general superintendent, Wes Woodhall as an estimator, and Jeff Heath, Ron Rose and Jeff Forsythe as project managers. -- Harsch Investment Properties promoted Elena Alden to property manager. Alden oversees the day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, providing support to the leasing staff and preparing annual budgets and quarterly reports. Previously, she was an administrative assistant to the vice president of leasing at Terra West Realty. -- The Stoltz Management Co. appointed Ty Trueblood as director of project management. Trueblood manages tenant improvements and the construction of new buildings. Previously, he worked in the construction of residential, retail, warehouse and office space primarily in Denver, St. Louis and Las Vegas. -- Commercial Executives' Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi M. Jones represented the Horizon Ridge Professional Center in its 36-month lease of 1,300 square feet at 2298 Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 207, in Henderson, to David and Mike Villamor, represented by Jason Marker of Realty Executives of Nevada, for $75,205. Walker and Jones represented Edward Jones in the 60-month lease of 3,326 square feet at 4325 E. Sunset Road in Henderson to the Check City Partnership, represented by Nelson Tresslor of Grubb and Ellis, for $455,524. Walker and Jones represented N&NI in its 120-month lease of 10,171 square feet at 4525 W. Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, to Jubilee Furniture, represented by Davis Zhong of Nevada Real Estate, for $592,831. -- Danny Mulcahy of Insight Realty Associates represented A&P Buildings in the sale of a 5,070-square-foot industrial office/warehouse building in the Alexander Pecos Industrial Center at 3452 Neeham Road to Jest Unlimited, represented by Ryan Ross of Southwest Commercial, for $465,000. In another transaction, Mulcahy and Jim Zeiter represented Aircenter North in the sale of a 25,211-square-foot building at 3105 Coleman St. in North Las Vegas to GFI Properties for $1.84 million. -- American Nevada Co.'s Charles Van Geel represented the company in its 61-month lease of 10,158 square feet at 2470 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Corporate Center South to Southeastern Freightlines for $940,731. American Nevada Co.'s Richard Green represented the company in the five-year lease of 977 square feet at 55 S. Valle Verde Drive in Paseo Verde Plaza to Data Doctors, represented by Cameron Wilson of Millennium Commercial, for $118,264. Green also represented American Nevada Co. in the three-year lease of 1,312 square feet at 55 S. Valle Verde Drive in Paseo Verde Plaza to The Enchanted Spirit for $80,204. -- Ron McMenemy and Cathy Jones of NAI Horizon represented Sierra Health Services in the purchase of 5 acres at the southwest corner of Centennial Parkway and Riley Street from the Ayala Family Trust, represented by Paul Peterson of Pacific International Realty, for $3.7 million. McMenemy and Jones also represented 1950 Desert Inn Road in the purchase of 8,865 square feet at Nevada Cancer Center, located at 1950 E. Desert Inn Road from NBW Financial, represented by Jerry Roth of Jerry Roth and Associates, for $2.47 million. Kathy Campbell, Bruce Follmer and Carla Cole represented both parties in the Vernon Lee Davis Guardianship's purchase of 19,700 square feet at 3720 W. Oquendo Road from 3720 W. Oquendo for $2 million. Michael Lyons represented Blue Diamond FM in the sale of 22,404 square feet at Diamond Lane Industrial Park, located at 5840 La Costa Canyon Court Blvd., Suite A, Lot 7-4, to Liberty Baptist Church, represented by Diana Tait of Keller Williams, for $755,145. Dave Johnson represented Harbor Freight in its five-year lease of 15,000 square feet in the Bedrosian Tile Building, located at 3550 E. Sunset Road, from Bedrosian Las Vegas, represented by Rodney Tucker of CB Richard Ellis, from $648,000. -- Harsch Investment Properties' Ryan Pate represented the Location One Commerce Center in its 60-month lease of 15,225 square feet at 3111 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite T-101, to the Construction & Environmental Training Institute International for $366,554. Tasha Blackburn represented The Center at Spring Mountain in its three-year lease of 2,400 square feet at 4059 Renate Drive to Calvin Yu, represented by Jay-Son Low, for $58,950. -- Colliers International's Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented GKT 4 in its purchase of 5 acres at the southeast corner of Miller Lane and Post Road from Arville & Robindale for $1.87 million. Gragson, Kilpatrick and Torres also represented Balelo Point Loma Investments in its sale of 2.5 acres at the northwest corner of Comanche Canyon Avenue and Arden Grove Street to Said Bral for $1.66 million. In another transaction, Daniel J. Doherty and Patti Dillon represented the Pan Olson Co. in its 10-month lease of 36,395 square feet at 4580 Walnut Road in North Las Vegas from Purafilter 2000 for $109,190. Doherty and Dillon represented Martin Holdings of Nevada in its sale of 43,000 square feet at 3600 W. Oquendo Road to Las Vegas Oquendo Ventures for $3.05 million. Pat Marsh represented Airport Plaza Associates in its 65-month lease of 7,500 square feet at 6746 Spencer St. to Imagistics International for $400,500. Marsh also represented CMP/San Clemente in the sale of a 49,067-square-foot building located at 2017 E. Maule Ave. to Allen Airport, represented by Danny Mulcahy of Insight Development, for $4 million. Marsh also represented Airport Plaza Associates in its 65-month lease of 7,076 square feet at 6757 Spencer St. to the Gaming and Entertainment Group for $525,415. Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Taber Thill represented Tomorrow 33 Convention in its 36-month lease of 3,216 square feet at 3980 Howard Hughes Parkway to Progressive Lending, Nevada for $296,290. Stilley, Schafer and Thill also represented Crescent Real Estate Equities in its 36-month lease of 4,307 square feet at 3800 Howard Hughes Parkway to the CPI Corp., dba Connect 2 USA, for $431,044. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Arrowhead 15 Property, c/o EJM Development, in its 60-month lease of 22,040 square feet at 3650 E. Post Road, Suite A, to Forward Air for $649,860. DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov also represented the EJM Development Co. in its 60-month lease of 10,191 square feet at 6255 S. Sandhill Road, suites 700 and 800, to Protg Delivery for $388,128.
