As part of the design for its Tuscany Residential Village, Rhodes Homes decided to set a dramatic tone for the community with a distinctive entry gate, according to Glynda Rhodes, vice president of interior and architectural design for Rhodes Homes.

n SR Construction has broken ground on the $2.5 million expansion and remodel of Sunrise Market Place. The project will remodel 60,000 square feet and add 7,000 square feet of retail space to the existing facility. The project, located at 450 N. Nellis Blvd., is expected to be completed in August. Donahue Schriber is the developer of the Sunrise Market Place. Holland Walters serves as project manager and Tony Timmons is the project superintendent.
