Something Afoot In Summerlin

Residents of the Summerlin master-planned community have ranked trails as the most popular amenity in two independent surveys. The community features more than 100 miles of trails that provide scenery for outdoor recreation. They were designed to enhance sociability, linking neighborhoods, parks and schools. In addition, trails will be created along flood control channels and in undeveloped areas, and connect with regional trails and Bureau of Land Management land in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
