Christopher Homes simplifies custom-home building
Christopher Homes' Build on Your Lot program offers a simplified process for clients who wish to have a luxury home built on a lot anywhere they choose in the Las Vegas Valley, according to sales agent Dana Limon. "The focus of our Build on Your Lot program is on offering the highest degree of elegance, combined with the ultimate in simplicity and convenience for our clients," Limon said. "No other builder can offer a luxury-home buyer such an easy and stress-free process in building their dream home on virtually any home site within any custom-home neighborhood in the valley." A wide range of floor plans and design choices are available. Prices, excluding the lot, start in low $500,000s. "Eliminating the worrisome and time-consuming process of trying to design a home from square one is the first advantage," Limon said. "By forgoing the prolonged architectural design and engineering process, our clients save a substantial amount of time and money, plus they avoid the potential pitfalls associated with building a home that has never had a prototype. Every one of the designs we are offering in this program is an award-winner that has stood the test of time." She said clients can have a home completed in as little as eight months. Prospective buyers can view the floor plans via video or photographs. In many cases, clients can walk through a model of the design. The builder also offers assistance in finding a lot. "Our home-building activities span the entire valley and our staff is familiar with the local codes, architectural review processes and potential value of home sites in the various custom-home neighborhoods and master-planned communities," Limon said. The builder offers options such as elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, casitas, room additions, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars. Each client begins the process with a sales consultant to discuss floor-plan variations, options, landscape design, elevation styles and exterior colors. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive and go south, past Horizon Ridge Parkway, to the guard-gated entrance to MacDonald Highlands. The guard will provide further directions.
