Pulte Homes well-received in Summerlin

Pulte Homes' Eden Ridge and Country Gardens neighborhoods are both under construction in Summerlin and have attracted a significant number of buyers, according to the builder.

"Country Gardens has proven popular and is nearly sold out, while our Eden Ridge community is praised as our most elegant community with large home sites and spacious floor plans," Pulte executive Joe Whatley said.

Country Gardens is located within The Garden village, while Eden Ridge is situated within the guard-gated enclave of Willow Creek, which is in The Willows village.

Homes at both properties include a high-tech structured wiring package, courtyards, covered patios, ceramic-tile flooring in select locations, 8-foot raised-panel doors, and kitchen cabinets with concealed hinges and pull-out shelves.

All homes are also built with the Engineered for Life Platinum Series Guarantee and feature the EPA 5 Star Energy Seal of Approval for such energy-efficient features such as ground-mounted air-conditioning units, gas heat, blown-in cellulose insulation and 75-gallon water heaters.

Country Garden's floor plans range from 2,747 to 3,131 square feet and are priced from $313,990. Features, per plan, include kitchens with nooks, great rooms, circular dining areas, cabanas, three-car garages, courtyards, covered patios, and low walls separating living areas.

The neighborhood is across from Garden Park, which includes a community center; trails; picnic areas; horseshoe, shuffleboard and roller hockey facilities; gardens; bocce, basketball and tennis courts; and a playground.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive, head south to Garden Park Drive then turn east.

Homes at Eden Ridge measure from 3,087 to 3,890 square feet and are priced from $415,990. They offer such features as turret entries, patio fireplaces, and casitas and cabanas.

Neighborhood amenities include a private park with basketball and tennis courts, a picnic area, barbecues, a playground, and trails.

To visit Eden Ridge, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive and turn south. Proceed to Havenwood Lane then turn right.

Both neighborhoods' sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
