Custom-home sites available at Seven Hills

Buyers wanting to design and build their own custom home have that opportunity at Seven Hills, a Silver Canyon Partnership community in Henderson.

The home sites are priced from $180,000 to more than $1 million, including lots as large as an acre with views of a neighboring golf course, the city and the mountains.

Nearly 200 custom lots have been sold in Seven Hills and more than 100 custom homes have been completed, are under construction or undergoing architectural review. Each custom neighborhood features a guard-gated entry. A limited number of privately gated home sites are also available.

Among the amenities of these neighborhoods are landscaped open space, a view park, and a park with a playground as well as tennis and basketball courts.

More than one-third of the 1,300-acre community is allocated for open space, including additional parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. Four city parks are featured within the community's boundaries.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.

The sales and information office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
