-- Carl Sims and Brian Anderson of Hendricks & Partners represented Greystone & Co. of New York in its sale of Canyon Park, a 340-unit apartment complex located at 5100 E. Tropicana Ave. to the Granite Investment Group of Irvine, Calif., for $12.4 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Donna Alderson represented Union Pacific Railroad Co. in its sale of 10 acres within the Parkway Center near Ogden Avenue and Grand Central Parkway to the city of Las Vegas for $4 million. In another transaction, Jeremy Green and Alderson represented McCarran Commerce Center in its five-year lease of 12,534 square feet at 6720 Placid Drive to Innovative Gaming Corp. for $444,000. In addition, Green represented both parties in Spacios Design Group's six-year lease of 9,340 square feet at 3260 E. Charleston Blvd. from Harsch Investment Co. for $350,000.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Art Farmanali represented William Ickes in his sale of two office/warehouse buildings totaling 20,360 square feet at 4150 Arctic Springs Drive and 4330 Riviera Ridge Drive in North Las Vegas to Nevada ATM Service and Sales for $1.3 million. In another transaction, Al Kingham and Dean Willmore represented Bascal Properties in its five-year lease of 9,555 square feet at 7350 S. Industrial Road to the Clark County School District for $384,120.

-- Susie Perrine and Jaynee Shaw of Las Vegas International Realty represented Janoth in its five-year lease of 22,000 square feet at 5585 and 5525 S. Valley View Blvd. to the Sanfuchi Partnership for $1.3 million.

-- Lee and Associates' Jim Culwell represented both parties in Pecos Office's five-year lease of 4,656 square feet at 4760 S. Pecos Road to North American Real Estate Services for $314,280. Culwell also represented both parties in Sherman and Foster Family Trust's three-year lease of 2,204 square feet at 2975 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite E4, to Sierra Sales Agency for $123,692.
