Rhodes Homes' Avellino residence integrates indoor, outdoor spaces

Rhodes Homes' Residence 4392, located at the Avellino neighborhood within Tuscany Residential Village, contains features the builder considers to be unique.

"The home allows residents the opportunity to create a truly unique home for themselves and their families that's outdoors, yet integrated into the home's interior space," sales agent Amber Woods said. "The wide open spaces in the home, along with the integration of interior and exterior living, make the home perfect for either entertaining or quiet nights at home."

A walled-off courtyard leads into the main entrance of the home through the front door, while sliding glass doors lead into a bonus room.

A grand staircase is also featured.

"Buyers of Residence 4392 are instantly drawn in by the sweeping spiral staircase that separates parts of the home, while also integrating all of the different areas," Woods said. "The staircase is an elegant focal point that lets people visiting the home know that they've arrived someplace unique and luxurious."

The home contains five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a family room, bonus room and third-story loft. The exterior displays a courtyard and a three-car split garage.

Upon completion, Tuscany will comprise about 2,000 homes over 518 acres with a golf course and 18 neighborhoods.

A planned 35,000-square-foot recreation center will include a basketball court, two racquetball courts, a fitness center and a room for billiards.

Visitors can view six model-home complexes, offering previews of 22 models for 30 different floor plans. Complexes are located within the Montebello, La Piazza I, La Piazza II, La Luna I, La Luna II and Avellino neighborhoods. Three additional neighborhoods, Terrazzo, Mazzini and Arezzo are also available, offering homes from the other neighborhoods.

Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to the mid-$700,000s.

Several homes are available for quick move-ins.

To view the models, take Lake Mead Parkway east, past Boulder Highway, to Mohawk Drive and turn left.

Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
