Lennar opens model homes at Esplanade neighborhood
Builder unveils another subdivision in North Las Vegas
Lennar Design Studio recently opened Esplanade, its newest neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Home construction is well under way and models are open, according to sales agents Don Williams and Robert Mayer.
The models are the same as at the builder's nearby Coldwater Ranch neighborhood and include one-single level plan, the Dakota, and three two-story designs.

The single-story Dakota features a great room, three or four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The floor plan features a side-door entrance and a U-shaped kitchen with a dining nook. The home measures 1,664 square feet.
The Nevada model features a parlor.
"Many love the idea of a formal parlor. It brings back a lot of memories," Mayer said. "Others see it as a formal dining and sitting room to complement the home's super-sized family room situated at the back of the home."
Also within the 2,407-square-foot Nevada is a great room with an island kitchen and a breakfast nook, a master suite with a retreat and veranda, three secondary bedrooms and a utility room.
The Big Sky measures 2,475 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, formal living and dining rooms, a great room and an island kitchen with a breakfast nook, bay windows and pantry. The home's main level also includes a bedroom and bath. Upstairs, the home offers a loft, master suite with double-door entrance and bay windows, two additional bedrooms, a bath and utility room. On the exterior, the home features a covered entry and three-car garage.
The 2,709-square-foot Colorado design features a family room with a fireplace and recessed media niche. There is also formal dining and living rooms, a bedroom and bath on the main level, a covered patio, bonus room, and master suite with a private veranda.
The homes come with ceramic-tile entries, vaulted ceilings, two-tone exterior paint, covered entries, raised-panel oak cabinetry in a variety of finishes, cultured-marble vanities and granite counter tops. In addition, all of the homes are built to meet Energy Star standards.
Prices start from the $300,000s.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Losee Road, head north to Centennial Parkway, drive east to Rome Boulevard, then head north.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Mondays when it closes at 4 p.m.
