Pardee seeks stylish, upscale look at Fairbrook in Anthem
Spanish, Tuscan, traditional touches highlight homes
Pardee Homes' Fairbrook neighborhood offers some of the builder's more luxurious homes in the Las Vegas Valley, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.
"Artistically designed in sophisticated Spanish, Tuscan and traditional styles, Fairbrook features some of our most upscale homes, including Plans One X and Four X, each with a perimeter porch, plus Plan Three with a spacious three-story floor plan," Landry said. "These well-appointed homes are designed to Energy Star standards, resulting in energy-cost savings."

The gated neighborhood in Henderson is planned to include a linear park.
Home buyers can choose from four floor plans, priced from $521,200 to $650,450.
The single-story Plan One contains three bedrooms, a den and two baths in 2,248 square feet. A wraparound porch is available only on select home sites. A three-car garage is included.
Plan Two, a two-story residence, measures 2,729 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft. Exterior highlights include a porte cochere that serves as a private entrance into the home and into the two-car expanded garage, as well as a play area for families.
Plan Three is a three-story design with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a den and bonus room in 3,197 square feet. A two-car tandem garage is standard. Options include a fifth bedroom and fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room, a fourth bedroom in place of the den, and an extended living room instead of the tandem garage space.
At 3,552 square feet, the tri-level Plan Four can be built with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a two-car plus a side-loading garage. A bonus room and workshop are optional. A wraparound porch is available only on select home sites.
Fairbrook's home sites average 5,500 square feet.
All homes will be Energy Star rated and incorporate energy savings into the design and construction. They use significantly less energy for cooling, heating and water heating than standard homes with features such as dual-pane windows with spectrally selective glass, high-SEER heating and cooling units, added insulation, and tight construction.
"Pardee Homes has been building in Henderson for many years, including communities in Seven Hills, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch and the MacDonald Highlands area," Landry said. "We were fortunate to be able to create a new neighborhood in this highly sought-after area."
To reach Fairbrook, take Eastern Avenue south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Horizon Ridge Parkway and turn right. Travel to Jeffreys Street and turn left.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
Pardee has built more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
