Arroyo Canyon offers ample space

Nothing beats the heat like the great indoors at Arroyo Canyon, according to sales agent Nancy Zorzi, who said the Lennar Design Studio neighborhood features homes as large as 5,240 square feet.

"When you see our gorgeous foothill setting, the entrance with its elegant custom wrought-iron gate, the decorative boulders and lush landscaping, and our wonderful community park with its distinctive carriage lights, you'll be very impressed," Zorzi said.

The northwestern Las Vegas Valley neighborhood offers homes priced from the $500,000s.

The homes provide four bedrooms, 3 1/2 to four baths, great rooms, country-style kitchens, formal dining rooms and three-car garages.

Interior highlights include two-tone color palettes, 42-inch cabinetry, crown molding, granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. Wiring for a home theater system, ceiling fans, security, intercom and luxury lighting is included.

Exteriors feature pop-out detailing around windows and doors, varied roof lines, two-tone paint, and paver stones at front walkways and driveways. All of the homes are built to Energy Star standards.

The neighborhood comprises 63 home sites, all of which allow room for a spa or swimming pool.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway and head west to Hualapai Way, continue north to Deer Springs Way and turn right, proceed to Grand Canyon Drive and turn right, then left onto Bath Drive. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Mondays when it closes at 4 p.m.
