Lennar EI's package draws buyer to Clermont at Anthem Highlands

Lennar EI's Clermont location at Anthem Highlands in Henderson, coupled with its Everything's Included amenities package, led Terry Draine to purchase a 1,819-square-foot Provence floor plan within the neighborhood.

"It's only 10 minutes from my work and it's so scenic up here," said Draine, a loan officer. "There's three golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Then, my home happens to be next to a park."

The Everything's Included package includes granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, a fireplace, wiring for ceiling fans, laundry sinks and a patio or balcony.

Draine's home also came with a full-landscaping package, light fixtures and an appliance package.

Other floor plans include the St. Tropez, a 1,898-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage, priced from $471,990.

The two-story Biarritz measures 2,308 square feet and includes five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. It starts from $496,990.

The Marseille is a 3,181-square-foot, two-story home with five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage, priced from $562,990.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway. Proceed several miles to Bicentennial Parkway and turn left, then left on Anthem Highlands Parkway, and left on Democracy Drive. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
