Lifestyle draws condo buyers to Esprit



The condominiums at Esprit at Stonegate in the southeastern valley have proved attractive to people who enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, as well as to those who enjoy traveling, according to sales agent Nicholas Trost.

"One of the great advantages of the condominium lifestyle is not having to do exterior maintenance such as mowing lawns, trimming grass or keeping up the swimming pool and spa," he said. "On the other hand, some people enjoy being able to travel for weeks at a time and know that everything is secure and being taken care of. They just turn the key in the lock and off they go."

The two-bedroom, two-bath Spirit measures 960 square feet and is priced from $99,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora plan is 970 square feet and priced from $101,900. The three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse model measures 1,200 square feet and is priced from $123,900.

Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 down.

Resident amenities include two clubhouses, one with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; and two playgrounds. Also featured are benches and barbecue sites.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
