The Mesquite Collection at Red Rock Country Club continues to be a favorite among families and couples, according to Karin Stiles, vice president of sales for the Summerlin neighborhood.

The collection offers four floor plans, ranging from 3,188 to 4,295 square feet in Spanish colonial, Italiante and Americana architectural styles. Prices start from the $400,000s.

Mesquite Plan 2204 measures 4,295 square feet and can be built with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The home features a courtyard entry; a separate dining room with access to a covered porch; family room with a fireplace, media niche and access to a covered patio; and an island kitchen with a double oven, walk-in pantry and dining bar.

According to Stiles, one of the home's popular features is its downstairs owner bedroom with a fireplace, media niche, walk-in closet and bath.

"The convenience of a downstairs master bedroom is key, particularly for families and those who like to host out-of-town guests," Stiles said. "In addition, the optional casita is another feature that is popular with our buyers, as it can be built to function as a bedroom or home office."
