Silverado Terrace features two-story designs
American West Homes is meeting home-buyer demand with the release of new home sites at its Silverado Terrace neighborhood in Silverado Ranch in the southeastern valley, according to the builder. "Value is what draws people to this community," sales agent Tony Scala said. "With all the demand here, we are able to offer new releases of home sites ..." The community has a clock tower entrance and tree-lined streets. Parks, office buildings and shopping centers are also featured, Scala said. The neighborhood consists of two-story designs ranging from 1,300 to 2,200 square feet with as many as four bedrooms. Prices start from $134,950. "Silverado Terrace is the perfect choice for home buyers who appreciate incredible value, as well as well-thought out and beautiful floor-plan designs," sales agent Detra Miller said. "It's thrilling to see the success of this beautiful neighborhood. The floor plans are delightfully suited to families buying their first or second home," Larry Canarelli, company president, said. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south. Turn west at Silverado Ranch Boulevard and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
