Christopher neighborhoods near closeout

Two Christopher Homes neighborhoods nearing closeout, San Michelle and Palisades, offer immediate occupancy in select models, according to Erika Geiser, vice president of marketing.

"We currently have a selection of highly upgraded homes that are ready for immediate move-in and are built with outstanding features that are included in the base price. Some of the home sites are among the finest in the valley, with spectacular golf course, city and mountain views," Geiser said.

At San Michelle, in the guard-gated Queensridge community, seven homes which are completed or under construction remain, in addition to four home sites, where the buyer can select the home design. Priced from the mid-$600,000s, the one- and two- story floor plans measure from 3,474 to more than 5,200 square feet. All of the available homes are located along the fairways of the Badlands Golf Club on sites ranging from one-quarter acre to half an acre.

A 3,751-square-foot Residence One design is available. The home features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a casita. Priced at $683,536, the home includes a savings of $25,000.

Two Residence Two designs are available for immediate occupancy and feature five bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and 3,912 square feet. They are priced at $667,000 and $721,101, offering savings of as much as $25,000.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, go south to Alta Drive and then west.

At the guard-gated Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin, five homes are ready for move-in and offer as much as $46,000 in savings. Priced from $446,900, the five one- and two-story floor plans range from 3,758 to more than 6,200 square feet and are on lots ranging from one-quarter acre to half an acre.

Among the available homes is a Picasso plan aligning the TPC at The Canyons golf course. The home features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and 5,243 square feet. It is priced at $884,191, reflecting a savings of $40,000.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and proceed to Hualapai Way.
