Development advances at Seven Hills

Development of neighborhoods continues to progress and housing choices continue to expand at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Several new neighborhoods, new phases of old neighborhoods and new floor plans will open this year in the 1,310-acre community, according to Samantha Bonham, community marketing manager. These include Meridiana by Trident Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes.

Pardee Homes, which has four neighborhoods under way in the community, has introduced a new model at its Renaissance neighborhood. The two-story home offers as much as 4,700 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, or five bedrooms and a four-car garage.

Nevastar Investment Corp. has prepared to open two custom-home neighborhoods, Portofino and Corcovado, while Silver Canyon Partnership, the master developer of the community, will release a new phase of home sites in The Estates at Seven Hills.

The community offers single-family homes priced from the $130,000s to about $330,000. Also available are custom-home sites priced from about $180,000 to more than $1 million.

The neighborhoods are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palermo West, Capistrano and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned.

The community features Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic themes, open areas, and landscaping. Classical design elements include columns, arches, fountains, vaulted entrances, balconies, arched windows, capstones and gabled roof lines.

More than one-third of the community has been allocated to open areas such as parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. There are four city parks within the community.

The community sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is half a mile west of Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway.
