Final homes listed at Green Valley Ranch

The Green Valley Ranch master-planned community is nearer to closeout as another of its neighborhoods, Meritage, offers its final homes. Only five homes remain at the gated neighborhood by Capital Pacific Homes.

The homes range from 3,029 to 3,878 square feet and are priced from the mid-$290,000s.

"(These) homes will be ready for occupancy in February, and they all include quality features such as granite counter tops," sales agent Kim Kelly-Reed said. "It's an excellent time to take advantage of special close-out pricing, opportunities for fast occupancy and a complete selection of floor plans."

One of the homes, Residence One, provides four bedrooms, three baths and upgraded flooring in 3,029 square feet. Also included is a pool, spa and three-car garage. This home is priced from $315,590.

Green Valley Ranch is a development of American Nevada Corp. Other neighborhoods open for sales are: Castle Rock Estates and Mystic Bay by Richmond American Homes, and Carriage Lane by U.S. Home. Prices start from the $160,000s.

Community amenities include city and neighborhood parks, and walking and jogging trails. The 38-acre Henderson Promenade and Special Events Plaza is planned to include an amphitheater; a public library; and a community center with an outdoor swimming pool and activities pool plus as an indoor aquatic center.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Green Valley Parkway then head south into the community.
