Stirling Club takes shape at Turnberry Place
The Stirling Club at Turnberry Place is scheduled to open this summer to residents of the luxury, high-rise condominium development on Paradise Road. The $33 million, 70,000-square-foot club is the central amenity at the $650 million complex. "The Stirling Club will provide world-class dining and services, entertainment, and state-of-the-art spa and fitness facilities," sales and marketing executive Brad Millsap said. "From personalized, monogrammed linens at the dinner table to their own wine lockers and cigar humidors, members will enjoy a new level of personalized service." Amenities will include casual and formal dining, a 30,000-square-foot European-style spa, lounge with a piano bar, discotheque, billiards room, wine and cigar room, concierge service, lighted tennis courts, a business center and library. Also featured will be pools with cabanas, a pool bar, gourmet food mart and private function rooms. Four 40-story towers will be built at the site. Tower One is complete, and the majority of residences in Tower Two have been sold. This tower offers floor plans ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet and priced from $450,000 to $4.5 million. Tower Two is slated to open in spring 2002. Sales are under way for Tower Three at the complex, which will feature 740 residences. Valet parking, concierge service, limousine service and room service are also available. Florida-based Turnberry Associates is the developer. Inside the sales office, visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floors of the first two towers. The office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, which is north of Desert Inn Road. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
