Plan Three allows room for options, expansion ideas
The Plan Three model at the Acacia neighborhood can be built with a casita or as many as five bedrooms and four baths, making it a favorite among buyers at the Nevada Trails community, according to Ray Landry, sales director for Pardee Homes.
"Acacia Plan Three really impresses our shoppers, who like the size of the home," Landry said.
