Boca Raton brings style to area south from Strip

Boca Raton Luxury Condominiums breathes new life into the stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard south of the Strip, according to Jerry Peterson, managing partner of the project, the first phase of which is under construction. He said the area appeals to locals and visitors alike who appreciate five-star dining, the entertainment options of the Strip, and luxury homes.

The development features landscaping and mid-rise buildings with an architectural styling reflective of 1920s South Florida. When complete, the $400 million development will comprise four buildings with a total of 756 residential units and 1,300 underground parking spaces.

Amenities of the 15-acre site include palm trees, resort-style pools and spas, pedestrian trails, pet comfort stations, fitness centers in each of the buildings, a concierge, shuttle service to the Strip and McCarran International Airport, and a clubhouse.

"We're so proud of the construction," Peterson said.

"We're committed to being a part of the growth of Las Vegas. This city is one of the most high-profile places to reside in the world."

The project attracts both high-end, year-round residents and vacation home buyers, according to Peterson.

It offers three floor plans, the Casita, Caravella and Penthouse, which are available in a total of 42 variations, ranging from 593 to 2,413 square feet.

Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million. Contracts are being accepted for phase one units.

The first 172 homes as well as the clubhouse are expected to be ready for occupancy in December.

The sales office, located at 2475 W. Serene Ave., is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
