Agent: Vistana appeals to range of buyers

Vistana at Rhodes Ranch homeowner and sales agent Jo Beth Dittrich believes that the condominium complex offers a home that fits the needs of most home buyers.

At the southwestern valley development, Rhodes Homes offers three condo designs with one bedroom, measuring from 670 to 796 square feet and priced from the mid-$70,000s, and five two-bedroom plans, ranging from 847 to more than 1,200 square feet. The largest floor plan is the Venice, a three-bedroom home with more than 1,400 square feet that is priced from $134,500.

"The one-bedroom models have been popular with first-time home buyers and many active adults 55 and older who don't want to live in a typical senior community. That makes it very convenient for Vistana residents with visitors or families with older children."

She said the Venice plan has been popular among families.

Each condo includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Amenities include three planned swimming pools, a fitness center and a spa.
