Monument at Lone Mountain features `hometown charm'

Stanpark Homes' Monument at Lone Mountain offers a sense of "hometown charm" in the northwestern valley, according to Michael Cox, director of marketing.

The floor plans at The Summit range from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s. They offer as many as four bedrooms and three-car garages.

Crescendo homes measure from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and four-car garages. The neighborhood is priced from the $180,000s.

Each home includes energy-saving features and a 10-year homeowner protection plan.

The builder is offering buyers a no-cost program to help current homeowners sell their home if moving into a new Stanpark home and 1 percent off closing costs with an approved lender.

A 5-acre park is planned within the community and will feature open space, walking trails, barbecues, benches and gazebo.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, head west to the end of the road and then go north. Or, take Interstate 215 to Cheyenne and go west.

The builder is also developing Tempo, a gated neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Four floor plans inspired by southwestern architecture are offered, ranging from 1,246 to 2,165 square feet. The single- and two-story homes are priced from the low $100,000s and feature great rooms and owner suites.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west to Revere Street and follow the signs.

The sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
