Exec: Seven Hills appeals to families

Families are attracted to Seven Hills in Henderson for reasons that include a variety of home styles and amenities, according to Dan Naef, vice president of community development.

"The expanding selection of homes available in Seven Hills is attracting more families than ever to this community. Buyers can choose from single-family, detached homes priced from the $140,000s right up to the largest of executive family homes and also home sites designed for estate residences valued in the millions," Naef said.

"It's a well-balanced community with a focus on providing not just quality homes, but an appealing outdoor environment as well ... Seven Hills offers numerous opportunities for recreation and family leisure activities, along with a location that is convenient to other important services."

Plans for the 1,300-acre community include more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes; 25 neighborhoods; city and neighborhood parks; landscaped open space; and miles of trails and walkways.

Dozens of model homes and more than 45 floor plans are offered, priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom lots are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

The community is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership.

Information can be obtained at the sales pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
