KB Home holds grand opening of Manchester Park in Providence today

KB Home is throwing a Super Bowl Game party today at its newest community, Manchester Park in Providence, a northwestern master-planned community. Visitors to the grand opening will be treated to refreshments and have a chance to win a 56-inch Samsung DLP Projection HDTV.

"Visitors to Manchester Park today could find their dream home and find themselves watching this year's big game on a new big screen TV," said director of sales John McLaury. "A new TV is a great start to furnishing a new family or game room."

The community offers two home collections -- Weston and Coventry. Prices start in the low $300,000s.

Coventry features four, two-story floor plans ranging from 2,388 to 2,786 square feet. The homes offer three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to four baths, family rooms and two-car garages.

All plans feature formal living rooms; and three provide formal dining rooms. Additional features include game rooms, dens, bonus rooms and options for additional bedrooms.

The Weston also features four, two-story floor plans with formal living and dining rooms. Home options include additional bedrooms. Homes range from 2,121 to 2,856 square feet and offer three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages.

"The Weston collection features unique floor plans with the garages located in the rear of the home. The design creates a great use of space and beautiful exteriors," McLaury said.

Developed by Focus Property Group, Providence includes 7,000 homes in 29 neighborhoods, which are being constructed by 15 local and national home builders.

The master-planned community is located near Centennial High School and is slated to include two elementary schools and one middle school.

Providence also will include three large community parks including The Promenade with its walking trail located in the heart of the community. The other two parks, Huckleberry and Knickerbocker, will include playing fields, tennis and volleyball courts, picnic areas, children's playgrounds, horseshoe pits and an outdoor amphitheater.

To visit Manchester from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, take Hualapai Way exit heading north. Turn left on Farm Road. Then turn left on Shaumber Road to the sales office on the right. The sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon. For more information, call 888-524-6637 or visit www.kbhome.com.
